This week marks a significant shift: you are handing over the “baton” to the 100-Day Challenge Coach. With the Start-Up Workshop only 14 days away, they are now in the lead. Your mission is to support them in ensuring that every designated team member arrives at that workshop feeling curious, motivated, and ready to move from “planning” to “performing”.

Your Key Tasks This Week
Challenge Note
The first priority is to help the Coach draft the formal invitation to the 100-Day Team. We call it the Challenge Note. It’s more than just a meeting invite; it’s a call to action that sets the tone for the entire sprint. It defines the overall direction for the next 100 days, provides clear guidance from leadership, and — most importantly — grants them the full agency and empowerment to innovate as they see fit.

Team Member Gaps
Check in with the Coach to see if any 100-Day Challenge recruitment gaps remain. Offer to contact prospective members or their managers directly to help “sell” the vision of the 100-Day Challenge.
Getting a Jump Start - Self-Preparation
At the end of the week, the Coach will send a progress update. They are now sharing the burden of execution with you.
