Module 5 Overview

Final Surge to the Finish Line

Welcome to the Final Surge of the 100-Day Challenge. Before crossing the finish line, we must ensure the system is ready to sustain and expand on the Team’s achievements. This module focuses on Week 8 to 11 — where you will solidify leadership support, evaluate the holistic impact, and prepare to scale the results.

The Big Picture

The Refresh Workshop is now complete, and the Team is energized for the last 50 days of the Sprint. As you enter this final stretch, your focus shifts toward examining the broader impact and ensuring the 100-Day model takes root across the system.

Over the next few weeks, the Coach will transition the Team from a narrow focus to a holistic view of the impact of the team’s work, including gathering stories of transformation that will inspire leaders to sustain their efforts.

The Roadmap

Week 8: Briefing Leadership Stakeholders

Focus: Converting workshop output into an alignment note to other leaders.

What you will do: Meet with the  Coach and Team Leader to solidify the “Sustainability Path” and draft a briefing note for the broader leadership group.

Key Outcome: The Team’s sustainability plans are championed, and senior leaders are engaged to prepare for life after Day 100.

Week 9: Revisiting the Data - Beyond the Score Card

Focus: Transitioning to a holistic view of how the Team’s work is influencing the local context of GBVF.

What the Team will do:  Broaden the data conversation beyond the primary goal by discussing ripple effects on other impact indicators and focusing on sustaining data tracking beyond the 100-Day Sprint.

What you will do: Offer your insights and support to the Coach and Team Leader.

Key Outcome: Data tracking is transformed from a temporary tracking process into permanent, day-to-day institutional reporting.

Week 10: Capturing 100-Day Challenge Experiences

Focus: Capturing the “human heart” of the 100-Day Challenge.

What the Team will do: Create “Character-Led Stories”. The narrative will focus on a single character—such as a community beneficiary, a Team member, or a Coach—sharing a specific moment of change they experienced during the 100 days.

The Team may also ask you, as Challenge Strategist, for your 100-Day Challenge story.

Key Outcome: Inspiring, character-driven narratives of transformation ready to be shared at the upcoming Scale-Up Workshop.

Week 11: Identifying Potential Future Team Coaches

Focus: Scouting talent to carry the work forward into the next sprint.

What the Coach will do: Evaluate Team members using a 1–5 scale on the “Aptitude Assessment” to see who is most likely to succeed as a future 100-Day Challenge Coach.

What you will do: Discuss the Coach’s assessment results, share your thoughts, and validate their findings.

Key Outcome: A shortlist of 2–3 high-scoring individuals identified and pitched to leadership for future upskilling and scale-up integration.

Your Action Checklist

Prepare the “Alignment” Note: This will ensure alignment after the Refresh Workshop between the Team and the Leaders on decisions made at the Workshop, especially regarding the Goal.

Solidify the Sustainability Path: Guided by the team’s Workshop outputs, identify and engage senior leaders for life after Day 100.

Assess Future Coaches: Complete the Aptitude Assessment and socialise the list with leadership.
