The 100-Day Challenge Relay Race - 6 Modules

The 100-Day Challenge Learning Journey follows the relay race.  You will be learning and implementing at the same time.

Module 1:  Preparing the Track (Weeks Minus 5 to Week Minus 3): You (The Challenge Strategist) will recruit a 100-Day Challenge Coach, and together, you will mobilise a 100-Day Team and get them to the starting gate of their 100-Day Sprint.

Module 2:  Getting out of the Starting blocks (Week minus 2 – Day 0 – Week 1): You will hand over the baton to the Coach to do the final preparations for the Start-up Workshop and the 100-Day Sprint. At At the Start-Up Workshop, the Coach will help the Team set a 100-Day Goal, develop a 100-Day Plan, and elect a Team Leader. The Coach will hand over the baton to the Team Leader at the end of the Start-Up Workshop.

During the Sprint (Days 1–100) you jog alongside the track, ready to support the Coach and the Team.

Module 3: First 50 Days – Setting the Implementation Pace (Week 2 – 5)

Module 4: Halfway hydration (Week 6 – 8)

Module 5: Final Surge to the Finish Line (Week 9 – 11)

Module 6: You will get the baton back from the Team Leader at the finish line (Scale-Up Workshop)  Day 100 and beyond. After the sprint, the Team Leader hands the baton back to the Challenge Strategist to scale up the results and sustain the momentum (Week 12 – 15)

Note on Conventions: To keep our examples clear throughout this course, we use female pronouns for the Challenge Strategist and Team Leader, and male pronouns for the Team Coach.
