Looking Ahead to the Scale-Up Workshop
The Scale-Up Workshop is coming up in two weeks. It is an opportunity for the Team to show case its achievements, share what it learned, and offer its thoughts and recommendations on the way forward – sustaining and scaling the impact.
The audience tor these messages includes many of the leadership stakeholders that you consulted with before the Start-Up Workshop, as well as possibly others whose buy-in — and possibly involvement — will be critical for sustaining and scaling the impact.
Your Task This Week
Meet with Team Leader and Team Coach
Your task this week is to meet with the Team Leader and Team Coach, and develop with them a list of invitees to the Scale-Up workshop. This way you and the Team Coach could begin reaching out to them to let them know about this.
