Week Minus 4

I am the 100-Day Coach, How Can I Help?

The Challenge Strategist is getting ready to engage with leadership stakeholders to recruit a 100-Day Team and to get them to the Starting Gate. She is holding the baton for now. Your mission during the next few weeks is to support her in whichever way you can.

Tasks This Week

Join Challenge Strategist in conversation with leaders

Your main task this week is to prepare to join the Challenge Strategist in her conversations with leadership stakeholders. The purpose of these conversations is to

These conversations may begin this week, but more likely, they will happen next week, possibly in one large work session involving all of the stakeholders or in several smaller gatherings.

You can offer to be a thought partner to the Challenge Strategist to help her schedule and prepare for these meetings.
