Week 10 – Capturing the voices of beneficiaries

Week 10

Capturing 100-Day Challenge Exeperiences

You’re beginning to turn your attention to the Scale-Up Workshop. In preparation for this, it would be good to begin capturing inspiring stories about experiences of people involved in your 100-Day Challenge. Some of these could be used at the Scale-Up Workshop.

To get in the mindset for the Scale-up workshop, please watch the video to see how others used the essence of 100-Day Challenges to transform social support services.  (Examples from the Rapid Results Institute, of which our Training guide, Nadim was the Founder)

Capturing 100-Day Challenge Experiences

Every 100-Day Challenge is unique. The story of your 100-Day Challenge deserves to be shared so others can learn from it, and be inspired by it.

As you’ll see in the Leaning Deep Dive, Telling a Good Story, every good story revolves around characters – real people. So rather than focusing in “what happened in the 100-Day Challenge, focus on one character involved in the 100-Day Challenge, and have them tell the story of something they experienced during the 100-Day Challenge. This could be a beneficiary/client from the community, 100-Day Team Member, Team Leader, you, or the Challenge Strategist.

Please review Telling a Good the Story Learning Deep Dive, for guidance on this.
