Today, you will help a group of committed individuals become a Team – with a goal, a plan, and an agreement for how they will work together.
For quick reference, we have included the Learning Deep Dive: Facilitation 101.
We know you have seen this before, but it will come in handy today, along with the facilitation of Learning Deep Dives of last week and, of course, the Learning Deep Dive: Overview of the Start-Up Workshop.
Take a deep breath. You will do great. When you have a quiet moment after facilitating the Workshop, complete the assignment below.
