Let us be clear about failure scenarios: (1) team gives up during the 100 days. (2) team sets a goal that is so easy that nothing changes and nothing is learned. (3) team sets a really ambitious goal and then spends their 100 days complaining that they are not allowed to do all the brave and creative things they would like to do to achieve it. If you avoid these three scenarios, your team will be successful. We can discuss how to measure this success at a later point
