What if the mentor feels the goal is way too ambitious?

Remind the Mentor that the team’s ownership of the goal is critical, and that if the team sets a goal that is not ambitious enough, nothing will change and nothing is learned. At the Refuelling Workshop the team will do a confidence check on the goal and can be adjusted then. For now a mentor just needs to celebrate the team’s ambition and create space for them to be brave and creative in doing the things they would like to do, to achieve the ambitious goal.
