Encourage the team to explore what contributed negatively to the negative or ho-hum team experience. Was it the behaviour of mentors? Team leaders? Was it the Ambassador’s behaviour? The attitude of one or two team members? What did the team do to change this? What could they have done? In short, use this as a ‘learning moment’. Do not sweep it under the rug. And help the team examine this without falling into the trap of blaming each other or blaming others.
