You are nearing the end of the 100 days. The team has been doing well. The team leaders have been managing team meetings and occasionally reaching out to you for advice.
Like every journey, the last experience is what will stick in the memory of the travellers. So, you want to make the Landing Workshop count. You also want the team to guide leaders on what they need to do to honour the work that has been done over the past 100 days, by taking steps to ensure that the impact is sustained. Finally, you want to create a sense of closure for the team.
At the end of this landmark, you will be able to:
- Facilitate joint discussions (teams and mentors) to translate team insights into specific recommendations for leaders on ways to sustain and build on the gains during the 100 days.
- Facilitate reflection sessions on how some practices from the 100-Day Challenge experience can be integrated into the routines and habits of the organisation’s team members come from.
At the start of the lessons you will find the Ambassador toolkit where you can download documents and templates to use in preparation for the Landing workshop. To complete the Landmark and earn “fuel points”, submit the assignments in the toolkit.
