Week 10 – Capturing the voices of beneficiaries

Week 10

Capturing 100-Day Challenge Experiences

As you move into the final stretch, your focus begins to shift toward the Scale-Up Workshop. A key part of this transition is moving beyond spreadsheets and data to capture the human heart of the Challenge: the stories of transformation that will inspire leaders to sustain and expand your work.

Your Tasks This Week

Watch Videos: The Power of the Sprint

To get into the mindset for the Scale-Up Workshop, watch the two videos featuring examples from:

  • The Rapid Results Institute – (Now called RE!NSTITUDE) – which our Guru Nadim, co-founded)
  • Ending GBVF 100-Day Challenges – stories from this programme over the past years.

See how 100-Day Teams around the world have used the 100-Day Challenge model to transform social support services and achieve the “impossible”. Notice how these Teams moved from “business as usual” to high-impact results.

Character-Led Storytelling

Every 100-Day Challenge is a unique journey that deserves to be shared. However, a truly inspiring story doesn’t just list “what happened”; it focuses on people.

  • The Characters: Choose one person to be the focal point of your story. This could be:

    • A community beneficiary who experienced a change in service.

    • A 100-Day Team Member who discovered a new way of working.

    • The Team Leader, the Challenge Strategist, or even yourself as the Coach.

  • The Narrative: Ask them to tell the story of a specific moment or experience during these 100 days.
