You can breathe a sigh of relief. You have successfully guided the team through its 100-day journey. Now is the time to celebrate and share the recommendations and lessons learned at the Scale-up workshop. At the Scale-up Workshop, the Team Leader will pass the baton back to the Challenge Strategist to follow up on the sustainability recommendations.

Prepare Challenge Report
After the Workshop, start preparing the Challenge report for your 100-Day Challenge. You can download the template below to help you get started. After debriefing with the Team Coach and Challenge Strategist, please upload the report in next week’s assignment section.
You can also use the report to submit to your manager. We will use it to add content to the website and for the Roots to Rise – close-out celebration event.
