Re-launch workshop is the opportunity for the wider leadership group to decide on commitments and accountabilities related to sustaining the gains the team made. This would include the role of the team (if any) beyond the 100-Day Challenge.
Depending on the depth of their experience with this work, they would also decide where they want to go next, in terms of additional 100-Day Challenges, or integrating 100-Day Challenges into their strategy, budgeting and planning cycles.
At the end of this landmark, you will be able to:
- Facilitate a planning session with leaders, similar to the Work Planning session at the Lift-off, but with some ideas that constitute the backbone of the Work Plan.
- Facilitate a strategy discussion with the leaders, to determine what they may want to focus on next, to keep shifting the system and creating the future that the leaders aspire for.
- Facilitate a discussion among leaders about how 100-Day Challenges can become part of the way we organise our day-to-day work in our organisations and in the system at large.
At the start of the lessons you will find the Ambassador toolkit where you can download documents and templates to use in preparation for the Landing workshop. To complete the Landmark and earn “fuel points”, submit the assignments in the toolkit.
