The 100-Day Team should include members close to the change that needs to happen, people from different departments that are involved in the selected areas of focus, and also people outside the entity or department (including beneficiaries and end- users). The recommended size of the team is 8-12. Depending on the context, you may choose to have a smaller team (closer to 8), as a ‘core team’ with additional members then being part of a ‘support or extended team’. The core team would meet every week and drive the work plan. The extended team members would be kept in the loop and ‘invited in’ to contribute as needed along the way.
