Module 4 Overview & Assignment

Halfway Hydration - The Refresh Workshop

Welcome to the mid-race “pit stop” of the 100-Day Challenge. This module focuses on the most critical milestone after the initial Start-up Workshop, spanning Week 6 and Week 7. At this stage, your Team will pause to refuel, adjust their work plan, and ensure the Team Agreement is still running smoothly. If the team is making strong progress, this is also when you begin the vital work of “Sustainability Planning” to ensure the impact outlives the 100 days.

The Big Picture

The Refresh Workshop is a vital moment for the Team to pivot and re-energise. To succeed, you need to prepare the participants and yourself for this intensive session. Over the next two weeks, you will lay the logistical groundwork, align with leadership, and master the facilitation skills required to lead the Team from reflection to renewed action.

Your Roadmap

Week 6: Preparing for the Refresh Workshop

Focus: Preparing the team and tools for the “pit stop.”

What you will do: Hold a Strategic Alignment Meeting with the Challenge Strategist and Team Leader to conduct a reality and culture check, identify additional senior leaders to invite, and lock in logistics. You will also prepare a Digital Feedback Engine (such as Mentimeter) to capture honest, anonymous feedback, and organise “Command Centre Logistics”, including invitations and visual tools.

Key Outcome: Alignment with the Challenge Strategist and Team Leader, and all logistical and digital elements prepared to create a professional, safe space for the Workshop.

Week 7: Getting Ready to Facilitate the Refresh Workshop

Refresh workshop

Focus: Refining your facilitation skills for the mid-sprint pivot.

What you will do: Master specific facilitation modules designed to renew 100-Day Goal commitment, sharpen the 100-Day Plan, reflect on the Team Agreement, and debrief with the Strategist. You will practice your facilitation by partnering with the Team Leader to divide roles, rehearsing exercises like “Troika Consulting,” and reviewing insights from the Start-Up Workshop.

Key Outcome: A fully prepared Coach and Team Leader, armed with a customised slide pack and facilitation guide, ready to seamlessly run the workshop.

Your Action Checklist

To stay on schedule, please ensure the following steps are completed by the end of this module:

Hold the Strategic Alignment Meeting: Huddle with your Challenge Strategist and Team Leader to set the workshop’s stage and agenda.

Prepare Digital Tools: Download or build your workshop feedback survey in Mentimeter.

Organise Logistics: Have the Strategist send invitations, and prepare your flip charts, post-it notes, and templates.

Practice Facilitation: Partner with the Team Leader to do a run-through of the slide pack, facilitation guide, and specific group exercises.

Facilitate the Workshop: Guide the Team through the agenda you prepared, and help them share with the Challenge Strategist and others the asks they have of them.
