As you may be aware, leaders in the district met and made a few key decisions that set the 100-Day Challenge in motion:
They sharpened the focus and picked an impact indicator that they felt was most relevant at this time. This, along with other guidance to the team, will be part of the Challenge Note team members will received.
They decided who should be on the team. If in doubt about the reason why some team members were chosen, be sure to ask the Mentors about this before the workshop.
They elected two mentors to represent the leadership vis a vis the team. Importantly, their role is to support the team, not to to lord over it.
Be sure to talk with the mentors and get their insights about the Challenge and the team, before the Lift-Off Workshop.
