In Design, we learn how to support leadership stakeholders to shape the “challenge” for the team and create a “safe space” for them to experiment and learn. The first event is the Design Workshop.

The Team Lift-off Workshop is where the 100-Day team set their 100-Day goal and develops their 100-Day plan, including innovations they will test. The day after the workshop is day 1.

In the Exploration phase, the team make progress on their goal through rapid experimentation, intense collaboration, and disciplined implementations. Ambassadors support the team and guide mentors.

The Refuelling Workshop, in the middle of the 100-Days, is a space to reflect on what has happened in the first 50 days and to adjust plans for the following 50 days.

The Landing Workshop at the end of the 100-Day Challenge is a time to celebrate, reflect, firm up plans to embed gains and make recommendations to leaders.
